Both are great for releasing the jaw, however the Acupuncture for TMJ treatment is designed specifically with that in mind and is a much more focused session to release the jaw and associated discomfort.
The Acupuncture for TMJ treatment includes points on the face and directly into the jaw to further release muscles. If you prefer a session without facial needles, the Buccal is a great option as it only includes Body Acupuncture.
